I value your business and ask that you respect my business operating and scheduling policies.
Each card payment incurs a transaction fee, CASH is now the preferred payment, however EFTPOS payments will still be accepted.
If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or re-schedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Re-scheduling can be done via self-service up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you have difficulties cancelling, booking or re-booking online, please SMS 0418 136 060 so I can assist you.
My time is valuable and no-shows will incur a ‘no show’ fee on their account, payable before committing to another booking.
Gift Certificate/Vouchers must be presented at time of redemption. If dollar value is listed on Voucher and redeemed appointment is worth more, client may be made to pay the difference. If a no-show occurs with a Voucher redemption appointment, 1 re-schedule will be permitted. If client fails to attend re-scheduled appointment, the full value of the Gift Voucher will be forfeited.
Health Fund receipt for claiming cannot be issued when paying for Remedial Massage with a gift voucher.
To be fair to all clients, if you attend your appointment late, I can only commit to providing you with the remainder of your allocated appointment time.
If you have flu-like symptoms, awaiting results or have tested positive for COVID, please do not attend your appointment and inform me ASAP.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel your booking if I do not feel comfortable booking you in. If sexual services are requested or implied (physical or verbal in nature), you will be banned from future bookings, absolutely no refunds. You will be made to leave the property and footage and your name and booking details will be forwarded to the authorities.
